Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged items, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund the damaged item or exchange it for an item of the same value.

Refunds or exchanges must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this we refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure the package you are returning is carefully packed, ideally in the packaging it arrived in, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please use registered post for the return and retain proof of posting with tracking number so we can track the item should it go missing.
