Shipping policy

All orders of items in stock are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If the item you require is not in stock we will require an additional 5 days to process your order.

We use An Post for all our deliveries within the island of Ireland, please be aware that delays can occur especially around Christmas or public holidays time which is outside our control. If you are ordering from outside of Ireland once your delivery leaves Ireland it will be dealt with by your local postal mail service and we can not guarantee a time frame for this.

If you would prefer registered or tracked mail, please let us know in advance and we advise you of An Posts’ additional costs for this service.

We pack all our orders using eco friendly materials including hard backed envelopes and boxes for larger deliveries. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or defects to our cards when in transit.

We do not offer a in-store pick up or collection.

Our prices do not include duties and/or taxes for international shipments. Any customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel or package. Customs policies vary, please contact your local customs office for further information.
